RESPONSIBILITIES:

​​​​​•Oversee engineering and technical design of civil engineering projects, infrastructure and buildings.

•Check the operational readiness of buildings and indicate the scope of repair work for buildings and structures.

•Maintain records of construction and installation work performed and preparing the necessary data for reporting on execution of construction plans.

•Technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works of various projects and fixed assets with execution of all necessary technical documentation. Preparation of technically grounded expert opinions on non-compliance with international and/or national standards of equipment and knowledge elements with a detailed description and proposals for the most safe and urgent elimination.

•Timely detection of defects, non-conformity of all elements of buildings and equipment at project with execution of all necessary documentation to management.

•Planning of repair works and proper control of their execution terms with proper interaction with each team member and tenants/residents.

•Daily inspections of facility to identify new and eliminate previously established discrepancies and malfunctions with the execution of the relevant documentation.

•Control of subordinates in compliance with safety rules and procedures. Setting up and setting tasks.

•Development, submission for approval, control over execution and maintenance of instructions, forms, plans, action algorithms, responsibility matrix, logs, checklists and other documentation for the accountable section.

•Provision of assistance and coordination with other departments in maintaining the quality and working schedule for all systems.

•Drawing up, organizing and, if necessary, conducting initial orientation, professional development, training plans and specialized trainings for the staff.

•Preparation of the front of work, provision of technical documentation, implementation of technical supervision over the performance of contract work by third-party organizations and their acceptance. Carrying out actual measurements of the basic construction materials on completion of objects construction.

•Comprehensive substantiation of decisions taken and implemented during preparation of tender (tender) documentation and work performance.

•Control over compliance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation.

•Assessment of infrastructure conditions, operational audit, technical certification.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

•Strong functional knowledge of Civil/Construction scope.

•Strong functional knowledge of RoK SNiPs, Norms.

•Knowledge of English is a MUST

QUALIFICATION:

BSC or Masters in Civil/Construction.
