About the Role
We are looking for a talented and proactive SMM Manager based in Uzbekistan to join our international marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, tracking and analyzing ad performance using Excel and Lark, and contributing to ad creatives with strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ads across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget control for each campaign
Track and record ad data using Excel and Lark, generate performance reports, and suggest optimizations
Collaborate with designers and content creators to generate and iterate on creative ad ideas
Keep up with ad trends and competitors’ strategies in the international market
Communicate with internal teams in English
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media ad campaign management
Proficiency in Excel and Lark for data handling and analysis
Strong data literacy: ability to interpret ad metrics and suggest meaningful improvements
Solid understanding of performance-based marketing and creative testing
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
Experience with cross-border eCommerce or international ad targeting
Familiarity with Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other social ad platforms
Basic creative tools skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
