Plumbing Engineer - Инженер по Водоснабжению и Канализации

•Accountable for operations and maintenance of all Plumbing works in Abu Dhabi Plaza complex and ensure works will be provided in strictly accordance with existing RoK Plumbing / Safety Rules.

•Work in collaboration with related subcontractors during their Maintenance and assist them if necessary.

•Manage Plumbing Technicians who work on shift schedule.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Familiarize themselves with the design and technical documentation required for operation.

•Monitor the technical condition of the Plumbing systems including Fire Fighting System

•Ensures that routine repairs are carried out at intervals to ensure the efficient operation of the systems.

•Ensures that work is carried out in preparation for the seasonal operation of the systems.

•Ensures the good condition, trouble-free and reliable operation of the maintained heating, water supply, sewerage and drainage systems, their proper operation, timely quality repairs, identifies faults that prevent the normal operation of the systems, organizes their elimination.

•Reflects results of inspections, repairs in maintenance logs, checklists, etc..

•Prepare job orders, worksheets, defect lists.

•Places and assigns tasks to technicians and other subordinates.

•Supervises routine work on sites according to approved maintenance schedules PPM.

•Carry out minor Plumbing modifications to suit landlord or tenants requirements

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of: 5+ years of experience in related Plumbing Works

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Experience in complex Plumbing scope maintenance in a large public facility (event, shopping, hotels), preferably within Kazakhstan.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

-Basic functional knowledge of Plumbing systems.

-Functional knowledge of RoK SNiPs, Norms.

-Communication skills

QUALIFICATION

Higher technical education.
