Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Fullstack Developer with strong proficiency in Go (backend) and React (frontend). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomous environments, takes full ownership of their work, and is capable of delivering high-quality, end-to-end software solutions. You will play a key role in transforming product requirements into functional, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain fullstack web applications using Go and React.
Translate business and product requirements into technical specifications and practical implementations.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues through independent investigation and robust problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across both backend and frontend layers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enhancement of development processes and standards.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Go (Golang).
3+ years of recent experience building user interfaces using React.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and general web architecture.
Proficiency with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and data modeling.
Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Availability during standard EST business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of modern React state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
Familiarity with testing tools for backend (e.g., go test) and frontend (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Understanding of secure coding practices and common web application security principles.
