We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to oversee our Maintenance and Support Team. This role demands a hands-on experience in facilitating Scrum events, who can adeptly engage with clients to prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating a stressful environment with changing priorities and be keen to explore opportunities for automation and optimisation of the existing processes with their team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration;
- Elicit, analyse, and refine business and technical requirements for project success;
- Develop comprehensive project plans, release roadmaps, and prioritise tasks based on business goals and needs;
- Resolve customer queries and product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint: determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage team workload and coordinate internal resources for optimal project delivery;
- Plan, monitor, and adjust project activities as needed for successful execution;
- Lead and guide team activities within an agile framework;
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a relevant position in IT outsourcing sphere;
- Demonstrated ability to perform market and competitor analysis, requirement analysis, road-mapping, and feature prioritisation;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse business needs and propose effective solutions;
- A deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches;
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira & Confluence;
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven assistants to facilitate and improve project management activities, such as task automation, documentation enhancement, and decision support;
- Exceptional communication (both spoken and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English (Advanced level) is a must.
Would be an advantage:
- PSM I or PSM II certification that reflects a solid grasp of Scrum methodologies.
