Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Analyze SCM operations in terms of accuracy and correctness
- Ensure Capacities of various activities are created to support the business
- Create visibility through dashboards to support the transparency of SCM operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing, and distributing reports and other data-based documents
- Analyze data and validate its accuracy
- Maintaining, monitoring and reporting KPIs
- Analyze SCM operations
- Seek continuous improvements within SCM
- Manage costs for the DC, timely complete all the financial processes as required
- Monitor and report monthly actual costs and volumes compared to budget
- Problem solving, solutions and process management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Degree Level Qualification in Economics, Engineering or similar
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Power BI user (the candidate will create dashboards in Power BI)
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
- Ability to challenge the status-quo
