What We Expect:
- Manage the performance and undertake responsibility for acceptance, storage and giving of products, goods, raw materials, advertising and sale equipment;
- Ensure the safety of the products, goods, raw materials, advertising and sale equipment, keep the storage regime and keep warehouse operations records;
- Keep the rules of filling and handing cash documents (invoices, delivery notes), make reports;
- Timely load products, raw materials, sale equipment according to delivery notes into wagons, vehicles, and control the documentation (invoices, loading notes) received from the accounting department, make notes of receipt; Control the process of return of products and other materials from distributors and other sales points, timely make arrival notes in Basis, SAP;
- Arrange and take responsibility for loading and unloading of wagons with products, sales equipment and other values; Exclude defects, damages during the operations;
- Take part in inventory of the material values, take material responsibility for the missing;
- Arrange the identification of products, raw materials, advertising equipment, and lead the rotation of the materials both within the warehouse and even at the production lines keeping the rules of FIFO, FEFO and KORE.
- Secondary special degree, University degree preferable;
- English language (At least Pre-Intermediate)
- Warehouse management rules;
- Rules and terms of storage of chemical and combustible materials;
- Material movement terms in accordance with FEFO, FIFO system;
- HSE norms;
- PC use (Word, Excel, Basis, SAP).
- 5/2 working week, shift work (8:00-17:00, 17:00-01:00, 01:00-08:00);
