Product Manager – Growth Hacker Extraordinaire

The Challenge (and Opportunity): We're launching a dedicated Growth Hacking Team, and we need a visionary Product Manager to lead it. Your mission? Drive the team to launch one bold, new Shopify app idea every month. Your research will focus primarily on the Shopify App Store but will extend beyond when needed. You'll test relentlessly, pivot quickly, and never stop exploring until achieving an impeccable product-market fit—because we don’t accept excuses, and neither will you.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Formulate bold hypotheses and conduct precise market research (primarily in English), predominantly within the Shopify App Store, to discover untapped opportunities.
• Perform CustDev interviews: prepare thoughtful questions, conduct one-on-one interviews, and analyze qualitative data to extract actionable insights.
• Test, iterate, pivot, and refine product ideas swiftly until excellence is achieved.
• Define sharp, data-backed product roadmaps and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Work hands-on with our dedicated development team, providing vision, energy, and clarity.
• Foster a culture of focus, experimentation, innovation, and relentless drive toward results.

You Are:

• Data-driven, analytical, and intellectually curious—committed to precision and never settling for surface-level answers.

• A pragmatic dreamer, solution-oriented, with the drive to adapt swiftly and effectively.

• Fluent in English (communication is key!) and comfortable in a remote, international team.

• An experienced Product Manager with a genuine passion for growth hacking and innovation.

• Experienced in e-commerce, Shopify, or app development (strongly preferred).

• Ideally, familiar with Business/System Analysis.
