Marketing Intern – Bonduelle Kazakhstan (Almaty Office)
Location: Business Center Venus, 10/1 Elebekov Street, Medeu District, Almaty, Kazakhstan
Working Mode: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the team responsible for Central Asia, Caucasus and
Belorussia at Bonduelle Kazakhstan. This is a starter-level position offering the opportunity to grow within
an international FMCG company, recognized as Brand of the Year 2025 (E+ Awards Central Asia).
Bonduelle stands for strong values — promoting healthy plant-based nutrition, creating positive social
impact, and fostering a culture of care for people and the planet. Together with local educational
authorities, we implement school-based healthy eating programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI & Communication Projects
• Support in the development of an AI-powered system to collect consumer claims and feedback
across CIS countries.
2. Social Mission Roll Out
• Assist in adapting and rolling out Bonduelle’s social mission projects, including translation and
cultural adaptation of educational materials.
3. Innovation & Product Launches
• Contribute to the preparation of product concept testing for the Cassegrain KZ launch, including
communication kits.
• Support innovation activities across 10 countries, including ideation sessions and tasting events.
• Adapt selling stories and launch toolkits for regional markets.
4. Event & Partnership Support
• Assist in organizing brand events such as Picnic by Partners, Sales Conference, and Safety Day.
• Support event logistics, partner coordination, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate with headquarters and support Foodservice channel activations with chef
ambassadors.
5. Market Insight & Reporting
• Prepare internal reports and presentations based on Nielsen data and other market insights.
• Support PMR meeting coordination and follow-up activities.
6. Special Projects and Brand Ambassadors
• Contribute to projects promoting Bonduelle’s brand values and social mission.
• Support local partnerships and brand ambassador programs that enhance visibility and
engagement.
Required Competencies

• Kazakh, Russian and French are considered a strong advantage
Internship Details
• Open to students currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Hybrid work format (3 days office / 2 days remote)
