International consultancy SCHNEIDER GROUP is looking for a Junior Associate with a focus on dispute resolution practice
What you will do?
- Court practice research;
- Draft and submit procedural documents with the courts;
- Study court files;
- Participate in the court hearings (preferably in arbitrazh courts);
- Visit court bailiffs, notaries, law enforcement authorities, tax inspections
- Prepare written advices, memorandums
- Participate in the marketing activities (e.g. draft articles, participate in the events of the business associations, speak on the internal events and in the events for the clients, etc.)
- Business trips are possible

- Knowledge of court practice and related areas
- Pro-active and result-oriented approach, willingness to take over responsibilities
- Client-focus approach
- Strong time-management skills
- Team player personality
- English – upper intermediate or higher level
- German language is a plus
