Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing and effectively coordinating all structural units, directing their activities towards development
- Increasing company efficiency
- Requiring weekly reports from responsible individuals
- Conducting work meetings and weekly planning sessions
- Negotiating with partners, signing contracts
- Increasing sales, finding new points of sale
Requirements:
- Experience as a Managing Director for at least 5 years
- Experience in sales and sales team management
- Knowledge of the market in which the company operates and experience in sales strategy development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
