Senior Manager, Legal Group, Tax & Legal Department, Almaty/Astana

KPMG is looking for a Senior Manager to join its Legal Consultancy team in Astana and Almaty. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage projects, and support clients with complex legal matters. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in legal consulting with KPMG.

As our Senior Manager, you will:

• Provide legal advice to foreign and local pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) group of clients on various legal issues, including but not limited to, regulatory permits and licensing requirements, marketing and promotion, corporate and labour.
• Offer legal assistance in M&A projects.
• Coordinate work on multiple client engagements.
• Drive business development initiatives.
• Review legal advice, reports and other deliverables prepared by junior staff.
• Develop and train junior staff.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you have:

• At least 6 years of experience, preferably in legal consulting;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
