Product Analyst

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our team whose main task is to collect, analyze, and interpret data about user behavior on the website or mobile application of our FinTech products.

What is to be done:

• Data Analysis: Collecting, processing, and analyzing user data, product behavior, and business metrics. Uploading reports from the database using SQL queries;

• A/B Testing: Designing and analyzing experiments to test hypotheses, improve user experience, and increase key metrics (conversion, retention, etc.);

• Reporting: Preparing regular reports on key product metrics, analyzing reasons for changes, and providing suggestions for improvements;

• Collaboration with the Development Team: Working with product managers, designers, and developers to make data-driven decisions based on analysis and hypotheses;

• Identifying Insights: Identifying patterns and insights in the data that can influence product development and enhance the user experience;

• Forecasting and Modeling: Creating forecasts and models to evaluate the impact of changes to the product, identify trends, and predict user behavior;

• Product Analytics Management: Setting up and maintaining analytics systems and dashboards to automate data collection and visualization;

• Market and Competitor Research: Analyzing the market and competitors to evaluate trends and opportunities for product improvement;

• Documenting Processes: Maintaining documentation of analytical processes, methodologies, and research results for future use.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• The analyst should be proficient in tools for data collection, analysis, and visualization (SQL);

• Experience with Google Looker to build dashboards;

• Effective teamwork;

• The ability to explain complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable way is crucial.;

• Time management, planning and prioritization of tasks; Ability to explain and argue your point of view;

• Analytical and critical thinking;

• Flexibility and adaptability.
