Our Remote Support division is growing to meet the increasing number of 1st line requests. To support this expansion, we are looking for a Junior/Middle Desktop Support Engineer to join our team and help us maintain high-quality IT service for our internal users.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming 1st line support tickets (incidents and service requests);
  • Escalate more complex cases and ensure proper follow-through;
  • Update and maintain internal documentation;
  • Provide desktop support for internal users;
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint), and O365 Admin Portal;
  • Support email systems (Exchange Online, Google Mail, C-Panel, Bluehost);
  • Troubleshoot basic network-related issues and identify when escalation is required;
  • Suggest process or service improvements;
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration;
  • Solid troubleshooting skills in both Windows and Mac OS environments;
  • Hands-on experience with O365 Admin Portal, Google Workspace, and hardware/peripherals support;
  • Experience with inventory documentation and maintenance;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of networking (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, VPN, basic routing) is strongly welcomed;
  • Familiarity with Azure AD (Entra), Intune, and IP Telephony;
  • Certification in MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, ITIL 4, Windows 11 Support, or MacOS Support is a plus;
  • Fast learner, eager to grow, willing to follow internal processes and instructions precisely;
  • Strong professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Moscow time);
