Head of Call Center/Online Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Call Center to lead our B2C online sales efforts in the tobacco industry. As the Head of Call Center, you will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, managing a team of online sales professionals, and driving revenue growth through online sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic online sales plans to achieve B2C revenue targets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing American and European clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead and manage a team of 5 online sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
• Analyze online sales data and performance metrics to monitor progress and optimize strategies
• Provide regular reports and updates on online sales performance to management
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization through effective online sales leadership and strategy implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 2 years of proven experience as a Head of Call Center in B2C online sales, preferably with an international market
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies and techniques
• Fluent English C1-C2 is a must-have, ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and team members
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of achieving online sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales tools

Working conditions:

• Full remote work from any location
• Work schedule is 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: starting from 1400$, base salary and performance bonuses - average income 2500$-3500$
• Professional service contract
• Payment to foreign banks
